What is a Hot Stone Therapy?
The deep penetration of heated stones are applied during massage therapy.  Different sized stones are used on the body which in turn brings about certain healing responses.  The heated Basalt stones are placed and left on the body for a while for the body to benefit from their healing powers, as they are full of natural elements and minerals. Hot Stone Therapy aids the client in balancing all levels of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual energies, lymph drainage is an added advantage allowing the body to detox. 

What is a Indian Head & Shoulder Massage?
The Indian Head & Shoulder Massage is a unique massage treatment and the treatment is invaluable as an introduction to massage.  The massage as the name states, focuses on the shoulders, neck, scalp and face.  It relieves stress, calms and assists in promoting good sound sleep patterns and promotes hair growth.  It is calming and soothing and is safe for everybody.  A full treatment takes approximately 30 minutes.

Ear Candling

The theory behind ear candling
 Ear Candles have a purely physical function. Through the hot air from the flame at the top of your candle, a gentle suction action commonly refer to as the "chimney effect" creates a vibration of air in the candle that generates a massage-like effect on the eardrum.

The warmth of the flame helps to gently and gradually soften the earwax until it becomes fluid enough to drain away. Sinus fluid can then be safely drained into the outer or auditory canal. This gentle suction induces a pleasant feeling of warmth a balance of pressure in the ears, the forehead and sinuses.

The candles are traditionally infused with ingredients such as chamomile, sage and honey specifically because of their benefit to the ear, nose and throat area and their ability to stimulate the immune system. Treatment is approximately 45min – 60 min and includes a light head massage during the treatment with a lymph draining head massage, the client is welcome to rest on his/her own for a few minutes after the treatment to relax even further.

The client feels relaxed and rested.
